Stumptewn On-Line Store: We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee or if we have made an error in your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to help you find something you’ll love.

Third-Party Retail Purchase:  We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. While we can't refund your purchase directly, we can, at our discretion and with proof of purchase (an itemized receipt), offer replacement products shipped directly to you from one of our roasters. For further assistance, submit a request to our Customer Support Team within 30 days of making your purchase. Unfortunately, without proof of purchase, we are not in a position to send a replacement. We recommend that you return the bag to the retailer, who should be able to locate the purchase and, depending on their policy, issue a replacement or store credit.

Wearables

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective or unworn clothing. We typically ask for a photo of the defective/damaged products to pass along to our product team. We can not accept returns on worn or washed clothing. Please be sure all items are returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. For further assistance, submit a request to our Customer Support Team.  Clothing purchased online can be exchanged at one of our cafe locations.

Non-Coffee Products

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective items, unused items or items damaged in transit. If your gear is faulty, we certainly want to make it right. We typically ask for a photo of the defective/damaged products to pass along to our product team (also, if damaged in transit, a photo of the packaging can help us get information to our shipping partners and shipping team). We are not able to accept returns on used gear that is in working order. Please be sure all gear (non-coffee) items are returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items purchased online can only be returned through the mail. For further assistance, submit a request to our Customer Support Team We are not able to accept returns at our cafe locations.
